This page explains what happens when you send Pine & Polish a detailing request.
We only ask for what helps us reply.
The request form collects your name, phone number and/or email, vehicle details, ZIP code, the service you’re interested in, and any note you choose to include.
We use those details to check the service area, prepare a quote, and respond about your request. Form requests are stored with the Site so the business can review and follow up. If email notifications are active, request details are also sent through FormSubmit so Pine & Polish can receive an email alert. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days. The form does not collect payment details.
Please avoid adding sensitive personal information to the notes field. You can ask about or request removal of a submitted request by contacting the business at pineandpolishdetailing@gmail.com or 404-430-6174.
Submitting the form does not confirm an appointment. Pine & Polish will confirm scope, price, and timing separately.
